I”m working on designing a padring using sky130, and was curious what the status is of the sky130 IO library? In particular, one thing I didn’t see was I/O filler cells for completing the power ring. I noticed that some of the cells such as the first version of the gpio haven’t been released, so I was wondering if the filler cells are still private or have I just not been looking in the right place?
