200ps default set,

Thanks. Yes it is indeed set as 200ps by default. But the parameter is never used in /scripts/cts.tcl (or some other scripts). I also found that changing the value of CTS_TARGET_SKEW makes no change.

@User if your design has skew value more then 200ps, then tool will reports error path. Until otherwise it wont reflect in log
