Hello! I am implementing a amplifier circuit and in the layout the following problem is appearing: "All nwells must contain metal-connected N+ taps (nwell.4)" and "P-diff distance to N-tap must be < 15.0um (LU.3)" . I am using Magic 8.3.183. I appreciate if you can help me with this.

Is it possible that you are missing a contact to the nwell of some of your transistors
