@Tim 'mithro' Ansell please, we need those models. It will enable us to do more and do it faster. (On a sidenote, a dedicated, continuous RF model for the MOSFETs would be nice too)

Poor guy is going to mute us all for pestering him about these damned models. On the other hand, if it's literally just hitting merge on a PR, what's the holdup? (I say as I've been trying some conda-forge people to hit merge for months. busy people gonna busy)
