has anyone else run into this sort of error opening the magic-output GDS in klayout?

nvm: Do you have a repeatable test-case; a way to recreate the issue, that you can post? Possibly a bug in magic (the producer) or klayout (the consumer). What version(s) of each have you observed it in? See if magic can consume (gds read) it’s own gds.

not sure if you saw and that’s what you mean by “nvm” but yeah this error was because i ran out of disk space and the GDS was truncated
