This is a known issue with rc4: https://github.com/efabless/openlane/issues/82 It was fixed in develop and is waiting to be released.

@Waleed Bin Ehsan: it's not a major issue. You can ignore it since you see:

[SUCCESS]: Flow Completed Without Fatal Errors.

it has to do with bash and it's been fixed in develop as @diadatp said and will be out to master soon (when the caravel chip is finalized).
