Hello Everyone. So for a project i am doing i have to have PFETs and NFETs in my design. And Because they are not synthesizable, i think of adding these components into a Hard Macro and use it in my design. How should i go about this?

its better to add pfet and nfet in the last to the macro by custom routing if they are less,just u might get problem in finding the correct place,
