make rcx-user_project_wrapper

get the following error: Error: or_sta_user_project_wrapper.tcl, 1 cannot read file ./def/tmp/user_project_wrapper.spef. You need to manually copy the .spef file over to the /def/tmp/ folder, in order to make it work. Same goes with the .sdc file.

@User The same here. What more this command pulled a docker image tagged with a date in September, kind of danger I think. As far as I know we should use MPW3 docker image
