I think you have a point there, though. I was overwhelmed when I first saw all the Skywater PDK stuff. It's not comparable to a simple 1um process node.

Sure, I don't think 130nm PDF itself is comparable to 1um, and experience on 1um cannot be directly used in 130nm.
