Hi everyone! I have a small question: Can someone recommend good literature in any form (Books, Videos, Online Courses,...) to get into chip design? I am an electrical engineer specialised in RF stuff and I would like to develop at least a bit in the direction of integrated circuits, especially analog/rf of course. I found that I am basically unable to do anything beyond a hello world in OpenLane as I am missing basic knowledge in this area and it seems the current documentation is made for experts only. Super basic topics like semiconductor physics are present, but everything on top of that towards chip design, except for some rudimentary stuff, is missing. Any hints for good material is welcome.

This free book is quite good, though it is mostly about bipolar rather than CMOS: http://www.designinganalogchips.com/
