Yes, I suppose I assume commercial when I think 'not acessible for submission'. Closed source is a better term. I'm very surprised with the RISCV core, the cell density exceeds what could be done in MPW1 without extensive manual or scripted placement.

@Jean: Ahmed Ghazy was working several steps ahead on the management SoC core. There was always the problem of doing things ourselves and then communicating that to everyone else. I was also disappointed with the early results of openlane.
