Hi! Is there any "VM image" (VMwave, virtualbox, qemu) with the VLSI tools installed (OpenROAD, OpenPDK, SkyWater, magic, netgen, qflow, and others)?

OpenROAD's build system, by default, generates a Docker image. You could probably append tools that aren't included to that if you had a mind to.
