by mistake copy/pasted from my channel

Doesn't slack warn you that you're about to message ~3k people?

It did warn - but I was copying/pasting in such hurry across 8 other slack groups, that I just pressed Enter

It's happened many times so it gets a bit old.

Then I hope the other 7 channels had fewer folk in them
