Just seeing these messages - an example workspace that uses a cadence predictive technology can be found here (https://github.com/chipsalliance/aib-phy-generator). We have a non publiclly released version of this same setup for the nda controlled version of skywater, and should be able to release it when the pdk is fully open sourced. As of now bag does only support virtuoso, although the comment about a lot of skill code is actually referencing an older version of things, the newer version directly writes open access databases, which despite the name is also not an open sourced format
