@User -- If you are able to generate RST versions of those HTML pages, it would be very easy to include them into the official Sphinx documentation

It's an awk script hack I could adapt. I figured you probably have a better way to generate these things in the long run as part of the system that generates all the derivatives people might want from the core library data. Shall I wait for the OSU libraries to land and do both?
