What is expected methodology to match the global clock skew between Two IP's? Is it possible to define the targeted Clock latency during each IP hardening ?

I don't think there is a good solution for this now. I believe the commercial tools have extra configuration controls for this that we will eventually need to add to CTS

ok. currently I have manually added clock delay cells in in each IP blocks to adjust the global skew
