Hi @jeffdi , started using the repository pointed by the website. Have noticed that the config file of user_project_wrapper has the die area 2920 x 3520. That means 10sqmm. The website says that it offers 15sqmm of die area. you may look into it.

thanks. the user area is 10mm2. the full integrated chip is about 15mm. there is an openframe option that provides most of the chip area for the user design.
