Hi everyone! I'm actually using the npn transistors of the IHP SG13G2 PDK. Unfortunately, after op analysis, the annotated output conductance go is negativ and a Vce sweep shows no early-effect. Could this be an issue with ngspice or the PDK? In addition, sometimes the base current ib is also negativ, which seems like a ngspice bug? Thanks, Patrick
