Anyone know if there's a flash memory cell available?

There are no foundry provided sky130 flash memory. The technology is there and several folks in the community have been working on it.

Do you have insight into who is working this? I'm looking into possibly creating some programmable macrocells and analog blocks for cpld and fpaa subsystems (for use in MCU designs like the ATtiny CLBs) and flash is the obvious first choice for programming. I'd be interested in seeing what progress they have made
