@David Muse Not sure what's happening here but some of the calls being booked aren't populating who it's assigned to and even the message sending out to the customer is saying "Hey its toll free" Please look into this ASAP because I'm having to check if they're booked with me or someone else and unprofessional with even the starting conversation with the prospect.

@Collins Ecom It's because we've assigned Toolfree number to the first two messages after 40 min of appt booked.
