Hi all! Out of curiosity, what is the beta of the BJTs in this process? I presume being BiCMOS it will be quite high (> 4 seen for CMOS technologies at least). I havent downloaded the PDK yet (will be in the coming days) to check. Just if anyone has the number off hand, please share and I will have something to correlate with. Thanks.
