Hello, does anyone here have any information about inductors in the ihp-sg13g2 pdk? I'm looking for references and would appreciate any help (https://github.com/IHP-GmbH/IHP-Open-PDK/tree/main/ihp-sg13g2/libs.tech/xschem). I found that someone had designed a LNA in the 2023 tapeout, but the results have not been published (ppt from github repo). Thanks in advance!
