Unfortunately, the problem with the outgoing emails is that the plan we selected is limited to 100 emails per day and we have maxed out the 100 emails already, with the inrush of migrating users. Also unfortunately, there does not appear to be a way to upgrade the plan; Leo has made a service request but we don't know how long it will take to get a response. Meanwhile, it is possible for Leo and me to manually add users. If you have tried to create an account on the Matrix platform but did not get the verification email, then please contact either Leo or me by private message here on Slack, and we can get you onto the system (and hopefully the email limit problem will be solved before long). We will need the following information so that your new account is the way you want it: 1. user ID (all lower case, no spaces or special characters; "firstname.lastname", for example). 2. display name (you should be able to change this later as needed). 3. email One of us will enter the information and provide you with a password. You will not be able to change the password until we work around the email limit, since changing the password will result in another email verification. However, you will be able to access the account, edit your profile, post messages, and so on. New platforms and new software always involve growing pains. Thanks for your patience!
