@Collins Ecom @Reagen Page After Appointment booked, the Immediate automation is a confirmation email from the assigned Setter or Closer (with their Image and bio). I'll keep it. After 40 Min there are 2 text messages, first is appointment notification and second one is: asking problem they're currently facing?. Than reminders 3 hours before, 1 hour before and 10 Min Before (Should I remove these reminders) ?

@David Muse Keep the confirmation email and 2 texts that send 40 mins after. Need to confirm with Reagen before moving forward. We just need to ensure the confirmation SMS texts are being sent from the automated number, and not the setter or closers personal number (i think it's fine, but just want to double check this). @Reagen Page I'm assuming we want to keep the basic appt reminders, 3hrs before, 1 hr before and 10 mins before? ("your call with _ is starting in _). Or do we want to hand this off to setters to make it more authentic/realistic. @Collins Ecom We currently have leads in the workflow 3 hours before the appointment. Unfortunately, we can’t set the reminder for 24 hours prior because the Minimum Schedule Notice is 2 hours. This means if someone books within 2 hours, the lead will automatically bypass the 24-hour reminder action. Could you also share a copy of the text messages that go out 24 hours before the appointment? @Reagen Page

Also all the text messages will be sent via tollFree number.

This shouldnt be apart of any automation - the setter is doing this manually
And from a different number as toll free wont have a high response rate
