files don't provide any information. The extracted netlist looks equivalent to the netlist I simulated. I tried running Netgen between my netlist and the extracted netlist and I also get a mismatch. In the

comp.out

file I see dummy nets and devices with proxy ports that don't exist in the netlist. @Tim Edwards any ideas? If I open the GDS in Magic to extract the netlist and run LVS with Netgen I get a match.

@Alfonso Cortés I do not know which branch uses the docker. If it is main this could Ve the root case. Try to clone the pdk, switch to dev branch an then run LVS
