Hey everyone. I am trying to do a simple Macro design using ol2 and wanted to create an obstruction on met5. However the flow failed after detailed routing on remove obstruction step. Any ideas whats causing this issue or how to solve it?

Figured out the issue. the units were wrong. it should be in dbu not um. "met5 0 0 223500 223500"
