This PR updates the symbol definitions for `xschem` , which updates the value of `le` parameter in the CDL netlist according the formula:

lvs_format="tcleval(@name @pinlist @model le=[ev \{ @El * 1.0e-6 \} ] we=70.0n m=@Nx )"
