Hello, when I use res_xhigh_po from sky130 in my schematic, the results are completly different than when I use basic res (with same resistance value). Does anyone know why ?

@Etienne Moutinho I believe that the R values show in xschem are estimations of the resistance and not the actual resistance used in the simulations (which probably depends on temperature and other factors). If you look at the spice file generated, do you see

R

parameters on the resistor devices?
