Hello all, I have created my project for the April tapeout. I have noticed that it is using the sky130A process. However, my teams design requires the sky130B version of the PDK as we are using ReRAM, as the sky130A version of the PDK does not have ReRAM. Will ReRAM be able to be fabricated in the upcoming tapeout?

Yes, there will be no issues with fabricating reram on your chip.

If you run LVS you will need to do so with the sky130B PDK. Otherwise, it should be seamless.
