#348 Qucs: Minor fixups Pull request opened by tskaar This PR fixes some minor issues that I noticed in the Qucs' symbols, the following changes are done: 1. Pmos multiplier was fixed to '1', re-mapped to the input parameter, 'm', as expected. 2. Added parameter 'El' to the npn13g2v device 3. Parameter 'z1' of the Mosfets were set to '0.346e-6' rather than '0.34e-6' as in the Spice deck, synchronized those values IHP-GmbH/IHP-Open-PDK
