I have been trying to generate plot the gm/id variable required by referring https://github.com/bmurmann/Chipathon2024.git. I have managed to get the required device parameters. I have uploaded txt file I generated (1_techsweep) and the one already given in the git repo (techsweep_nfet) along with the spice file. In my txt file I am not getting some values of vgs, vds and vbs which were swept using nested loop statements. Is this a tool problem or something else?
