@David Muse current fault with automations…only sending this but on the day they book at random times, not 3 hours before their session. Just wanted to check if you could figure this out?

Perfect. FYI- 1 or 2 leads might had that issue because we made changes in the workflows and those leads we're already active in the workflow. Please let me know if you've any questions.
