@Asma Mohsin @Hyugen Ryan as per your suggestions tried with
make mount
but didn't work. bdw, for this build i'm following this: https://openroad.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user/BuildWithDocker.html#
v
Give some more details to fix this: OS type
Copy code
docker --version
python3 --version

@Pritesh Ps 1. OpenROAD and OpenLane are two different things. Follow the OpenLane docs for installing OpenLane instead. 2. I do not see a make mount command in the guide you linked. 3. First error of the docker suggests that the paths you provided are incorrect.
v
If you're facing issue with docker, go with local installation method, as ORFS support local installation https://openroad.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user/BuildLocally.html

@Vijayan Krishnan: Docker verison 20.10.18, build b40c2f6 Python 3.10.4 yes
@Arman Avetisyan please take the look of the shared image, make mount is there for 3 times atleast. i also understood by looking at it 'docker suggests that the paths you provided are incorrect'. but if you know the exact fix then we can discuss. Because i have tried some solution while searching for it on the internet.

@Pritesh Ps can you please tell me if u are trying to install openlane or something else?

@Pritesh Ps typo

@Pritesh Ps My suggestion: Open the guide in the browser in the machine, where you are installing the tools and Copy and paste instead of typing it manually.
p
@Arman Avetisyan ok. thanks a lot.!

Another one: Use OpenLane. It is simpler IMHO
