@David Muse Hey I want to create a new feature that allows us to show a picture + description of whoever a lead gets scheduled with from the calendar. For example if they book a call on the titan calendar and it get's round robin'd to omar, on the thank you page that we have currently, I want to add in a square with a photo + description. This should in theory improve show rates, especially if they can see the consultants accolades (ex.. "Hi my names Omar, I've been building ecommerce brands for 5 years now") etc etc... This creates the connection immediately when the closer sends out the welcome text and prompts more thoughtful engagement between the lead & the closer. No one wants to show up to a call with a sales person. Good suggestion @Blake Make sure to solve @John Ecom’s calendar first. ^

That's a great idea honestly... hopefully makes them feel like were building a relationship with them rather than taking a sales call and another sales pitch..

Exactly, imagine a pic of a family man & a shopify dashboard with a big smile (or something like that lol), then 40 mins later they get a text from that same person, there much more likely to show up. VS. No faced man (whos probably a sales person or AI bot).
Then if we wanted to improve this even further, we could send an automated selfie video with that first automated text.
Maybe there's a way to round-robin the leads from typeform into 2 seperate calendars.

I don't think this is possible on real time with round robin calendar. We may need to create separate calendars for closers. But I'll check it out.
@Collins Ecom we have to create two separate Personalized calendars for Closers and based on the Typeform lead score we can send lead to different calendars. After that we can send the Selfie video as well.

Even if it requires a complex solution, I believe it'll be worth it

We wouldn't know who is assigned Omar or John until they book a slot, and we need to redirect them right away.

For example the email would contain a picture, description, etc.. of the person they'll be speaking with
It'll send from the automated collins@collinsecom.com email
I'll design the email myself, and it should send right after they book - or atleast as soon as possible
Headline will say something like "Who you'll be speaking with"
