iam trying to install 130B version but its ended with this error

Looks like you’re trying to install something related to VSD. Do they have instructions? For `caravel`/`caravan` you just follow the instructions here. https://github.com/efabless/caravel_user_project/blob/main/docs/source/quickstart.rst If you want to do a custom install, I’d read

open_pdks/README.md

and

open_pdks/sky130/README

. It mentions that you might need to do a

sudo make install

based on the install directory permissions.
