@David Muse - We’ve noticed a significant drop in show rates for our calls since implementing the new funnel. After discussing with @Collins Ecom, it seems this may be due to the extended booking schedule, now allowing calls to be scheduled up to 3 days in advance. Many prospects book a call but don’t hear from us until 24 hours before the call, which might make them feel we’ve ghosted them. By the time the call arrives, they may have forgotten who we are or why they booked, or even looking at another program because we haven’t engaged conversation and this leading to no-shows. To address this, I suggest automating a follow-up text about 40 minutes after a call is booked. Something like: Hi, it’s Omar from Collins Ecom! I saw you’ve booked a call with me about our partnership program, and I’m really excited to chat with you. Before we hop on the call, I’d love to hear a bit about you—what’s your story, and what got you interested in the program? Looking forward to getting to know you better and seeing how we can work together! This would spark a conversation, keep prospects engaged, and ensure we stay on their radar until the call day. Additionally, it could even help us if we have cancellations and see if were available earlier.

Awesome thanks david! @David Muse I added a small change and split the SMS into 2, separated by 1 minute that way it seems less "automated" and double dings their phone.
