Is it feasible to fabricate Wafer Scale Integration (WSI) chips using the SKY130 process on SkyWater’s 200mm wafers? If so, could you provide any insights into the total fabrication cost per wafer, including NRE costs? This is a prototype project, so I only require a small number of wafers.

Do you mean like Cerebras wafer-scale? If so, you would have to convince Skywater to add some way to make connections between reticles since that is something none of their clients have needed

Only someone from Skywater can tell you the cost or even if they are interested in doing this at all. Besides connections between reticles, Cerebras developed a non standard power distribution system and i/o interfaces. I imagine that TSMC charged them a large value to do all these non standard things.

I have kept track of wafer scale projects since the early 1980s. What I know about Cerebras is from watching Youtube videos
