Hello, I am trying to find the corner frequency between thermal noise and flicker noise for the nfet_g5v0d10v5 and pfet_g5v0d10v5 devices to inform a design decision. I am using the equation below from the Analysuis and Design of Analog Integrated Circuits textbook. I have not found and noise figures or noise temperatures for any devices posted by efbaless, so I figured I would have to perform the calculation myself. However, I have been unable to find any values for things such as carrier mobility, Cox, and the values of constants a and b in the skywater pdk or any other documentation I have looked at. Would anyone here be able to help me locate this information, or more info about noise characteristics on the process?

Cox ~ 8fF/um2 for this process. To determine corner frequency (fc), best is to just look at the noise spectral plots (y-axis in log scale) where you will clearly see where the characteristic goes from 1/f to white. I'll send on a few plots of SW130 devices later, to illustrate this.

That would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!
