12/05/2024, 6:59 AMi want to make some parts of a chip with a special fill-pattern via KLayouts fill-tool under Edit:Utilities. which layer should i use to draw the regions i want to fill? it has to be a layer that isnt used by the process?

12/05/2024, 7:02 AM@olisnr could you please be more precise ? Do you want to generate fillers as we do using scripts but using native fill-tool of klayout or you want to generate some other structures ? If so what is the purpose ?
