Environment  
dev &amp; main branch LVS scripts KLayout 0.29.8 linuX

Expected Behavior  
LVS should see 5 RPPDs

Actual Behavior  
it sees only 3

Steps to Reproduce the Problem  
open GDS  
select CDL  
run LVS
