Hello All, I'm trying to run device mismatch over poly and pwell resistors, without success... does anyone know if this is possible and, if so, how to do it?

@Jorge Marin I believe these resistors don't have mismatch parameters defined. Can you prease test res_xhigh_po* instead?

Hello Stefan, It doesn't seem to do the montecarlo simulation, all the iterations look the same. I'm using the following testbench, maybe I'm missing some flag I need to set or smth?

does not have mismatch data. A side by side sim with a nfet shows variation in mos device and no variation in resistor: May be @Tim Edwards can confirm this ?
