can I submit a project this month and another one next month?

If your design not selected in current/previous shuttle, you can update and re-submit with latest mpw shuttle. Same shuttle also you can submit as many designs you wish

I believe a previously accepted can be resubmitted it if is modified in some way (upgraded, fixed, etc). @Tim 'mithro' Ansell can clarify
