@Rita latest xschem commit issues a warning and highlights in red a component that is exactly overlapped onto another one, typically due to a placement mistake. Highlight is done when loading/descending into the schematic and when extracting a netlist. After the highlight you can select all overlaps with

Alt-k

and press

m

to move them and after inspection delete with

Delete

key
