@Farzad Parsaie xschem 1st platform is Linux, However there is also a Windows Installer that allows to run Xschem natively on Windows. Here the windows files. You need the msi installer:

XSchem-3.1.0-64bit-cairo.msi
and the binary zip file:

xschem-3.1.0-win64-cairo.zip
In general best integration with other tools is on Linux. Many windows users install a Linux virtual machine using WSL and use the Linux version of the tools.
