@Farzad Parsaie xschem 1st platform is Linux, However there is also a Windows Installer that allows to run Xschem natively on Windows.
Here the windows files. You need the msi installer:

In general best integration with other tools is on Linux. Many windows users install a Linux virtual machine using WSL and use the Linux version of the tools.
