I am using sky130 PDK (sky130_release_0.0.4) with Cadence Virtuoso for custom design flow. Schematic and PVT Corner simulation sims to work perfect but I am not able to run the Monte Carlo sim. I see some Montecarlo spice file in the models directory but not sure how to include in the simulation. Does any one have any idea how to run this MonteCralo simulation?
