test_nmos.sch
schematic and it works in the ss corner. I am using the 
combined
new models: 
.lib .../share/pdk/sky130A/libs.tech/combined/sky130.lib.spice ss
Try to change transistor W and L

@Stefan Schippers It doesn't work if you disable the 
ng_nomodcheck
option. I occasionally disable this option as a more cautious approach.
