transistors? My guess is that these are fixed geometry (no W or L can be changed w.r.t. the default) devices uses in special contexts (memory decoders, stdcells and such).

@Ethan Sifferman you can use a regular
nfet_01v8
transistor, set the correct and allowed W / L size and change the model name.

@Stefan Schippers I believe they are devices for which there are no binned models. I’m not sure how simulation handles them.

@Mitch Bailey My understanding is that these devices should not be used in "user" designs. Some of these are used in standard cells, but tested and characterized only there, not allowed in other contexts. And yes, there are no 'bins', only one fixed W/L size.
