@Mohammed Zeeshan the vcc voltage source value (1.8V) times the voltage source current is the power dissipated by the circuit. If you run a transient analysis you can plot i(vvcc) * vcc that gives the instantaneous power vs time. vvcc is the name of the vcc voltage source (V2 in your example) and VCC is the net name of the power supply (net2 in your example).
