Hi All. I want to tape out next year, possibly using Tiny Tapeout. Is the below understanding correct on this:

1. Analog designs are now possible to tapeout on TT?
2. Cost is $300/chip? So if I want 10 chips it costs me $3000?
3. The $300 includes 1 eval board with the part soldered onto it?

1. Analog is possible, the pins cost extra though
2. Pricing is $250 per chip+PCB, $50 per tile (two tiles required for analog), $40 per analog pin 0-3, and $100 per analog pin 4-5 (Max 6 analog pins)

10 chips = $2500 for chips + $100 for design + Pin cost

• 10 chips + PCB at $250/unit = $2500
• 6 analog pins = $240
• Therefore, 10 chips + PCB with 6 analog pins = $2740 + $100 (design cost)
What is this $100 design cost exactly as I will be designing the chip?

How does the $50/tile factor in ... is that included in the $250/unit cost or does it become $350/unit for a chip with two tiles?

The design cost is separate from the board cost
You  only have to pay it once, since all designs from all users will be fabricated on all chips

So it's $100 to put the design on all of the chips, plus $250 per chip
