Can you please specify the body and possible connections as I suddenly staight forward started with layouts after schematic!

It looks like you assumed one of those gate contacts was the body contact since that's where the body contact is on the schematic

Thanks for the reply, I am so confused in the layout.. if you don't mind can you send me the layout of the inverter by importing xschem spice, using parameterized devices and how to connect the guard rings.
